Your Role as a Virtual Mentor-
It’s not traditional one‑on‑one mentoring with set meeting times. Instead, it’s a flexible way to support college‑aged women—popping into our online community when it works for you to answer questions, share advice, offer insight into your field, or simply cheer someone on. Your presence helps students see a variety of paths forward, while giving them a safe, supportive space to ask the real questions about life, school, and career.
We’re building a space where college-aged women can dream boldly, explore career paths, and feel equipped to take their next step—and we can’t do it without people like you. Whether you’d like to mentor virtually, speak at an event, write an article, or help behind the scenes, there’s a place for you here at Alice.
