The Empower Lounge is an exclusive, private chat space hosted through Google Chat, designed for virtual mentors and Empower Her–level student members of the Alice Career Collective. This private community provides a supportive environment where mentors and students can connect, exchange insights, ask questions, and share encouragement. Members also receive timely updates, resources, and opportunities related to mentoring and career development. Access is granted by invitation to ensure a trusted, focused space for meaningful connection and collaboration.
