1. Subscription Services
Alice Career Collective offers subscription plans that may include digital content, live or recorded coaching sessions, exclusive community access, and other career development tools (“Subscription Services”).
By signing up, you agree to pay the applicable recurring subscription fee as specified at checkout or in your membership agreement.
1.1 Subscription Term
Subscriptions are billed on either a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selection during sign-up. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled in accordance with these Terms.
1.2 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at Amy@AliceCareerCollective.com. The following cancellation terms apply:

Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel anytime. Your access will remain active through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are given.

Annual Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time to prevent automatic renewal for the following year. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable, with limited exceptions outlined below.
1.2.1 Exception: Grace Period for Annual Subscribers
If you are a new annual subscriber and cancel within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you may request a partial refund, minus a $25 administrative fee subtracted from the original $ amount you paid toward your subscription, provided that you have not:

Downloaded or accessed substantial portions of the content;

Attended or scheduled live coaching sessions; or

Engaged extensively in member-only community features or resources.
All refund requests during the grace period are subject to approval and must be submitted to [insert support email] with the subject line: “Annual Subscription Cancellation Request.”
1.3 Trial Periods
If offered, free trials begin on the day you register and automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription during the trial period to avoid charges.
1.4 Payment
You authorize Alice Career Collective to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees. All payments are processed via secure third-party providers. You agree to keep your payment details current and accurate.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect upon the next billing cycle.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our content and services, all sales are final, except as outlined in Section 1.2.1.

Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for refunds once a billing period has started.

Annual subscriptions are non-refundable, except during the initial 7-day grace period for new subscribers and under the specific conditions mentioned.
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction at Amy@AliceCareetCollective.com.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site or provided through our Services—including videos, PDFs, templates, coaching materials, and branding—is the intellectual property of Alice Career Collective or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or share any content without written permission. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

Sharing your login credentials or account access

Copying, redistributing, or reselling our content

Harassing or harming other users

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.
5. Community Participation
If your subscription includes access to a private community (such as a member forum or Slack/Discord group), you agree to abide by our community guidelines, which prohibit harassment, spam, and offensive content. We reserve the right to remove users for inappropriate behavior at our discretion.
6. Third-Party Links and Tools
Our website and Services may include links to or integrations with third-party tools (e.g., Zoom, Kajabi, Stripe). We are not responsible for the terms, practices, or policies of these external providers. Your use of such tools is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
7. Disclaimer
Alice Career Collective provides resources and support to help individuals grow professionally, but we do not guarantee specific results such as job placement, income increases, or promotions. Coaching and materials are offered for informational purposes and do not replace legal, medical, financial, or mental health advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alice Career Collective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or inability to access them.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alice Career Collective and its officers, employees, affiliates, and contractors from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses resulting from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and you will be notified of any material updates. Continued use of our Services after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance.
