We focus on female senior high school students, college students, and young women early in their careers, creating a supportive community that encourages growth and development.

Our Vision

A world where every young woman is equipped and encouraged to dream freely, plan boldly,

and thrive in a career she loves.

OUR STORY

THE SPARK THAT STARTED

ALICE CAREER COLLECTIVE

The ALICE Career Collective was created in loving memory of Alice Lenning, a passionate high school Spanish teacher and lifelong mentor to youth. Alice believed deeply in the power of education and the magic that happens when young people feel seen, heard, and inspired. Her legacy—rooted in empowerment, mentorship, and compassion—lives on through this movement that proudly bears her name.

Founder Amy, Alice’s daughter, was shaped by both her mother’s example and her own experience raising her daughter, Maya. From a young age, Amy encouraged Maya to dream boldly, explore her interests, and imagine all that her future could hold. When Maya discovered a love for sewing and fashion design, she followed that passion all the way to the University of Missouri, where she is now pursuing a degree in Textiles and Apparel Management.

Watching Maya’s confidence grow sparked something bigger in Amy—a realization that all girls deserve that same sense of possibility. What if more young women had access to mentors? What if they could explore real career paths and hear directly from inspiring women who have been where they want to go?

And so, the ALICE Career Collective was born—a space where young women can:

  • Align with their purpose

  • Learn with intention

  • Ignite their passions

  • Connect with mentors and peers

  • Empower their futures

This isn’t just a mentorship platform- it’s a movement to help the next generation of women see what’s possible, feel supported every step of the way, and step into their futures with confidence and clarity!
